Key Responsibilities

  • •Ensure a safety event-free facility by using caution and safety systems and responding to emergencies per procedures.
  • •Oversee the Project Engineering Group: determine active projects, assign projects, and manage engineers’ workload.
  • •Serve as technical counterpart to the Commercial Lead or Manufacturing Plant and manage cost, scope, timeline, and specifications.
  • •Develop and maintain project plans, including decisions within approved envelopes and authority to adjust strategy to meet results.
  • •Coordinate and manage project aspects from concept, quoting, sourcing, justification, capital request, project management, verification, and post-project review.
