Key Responsibilities

  • •Serve as the lead for capital supply chain activities; advise Supply Chain Management and Capital Program Management Office leadership on material strategies and plans.
  • •Lead execution of material planning through the Material Program Strategy (MPS) and Material Program Plan (MPP) from front end through contract closure.
  • •Track capital supply chain budgets, material forecasting, and project deliverables including KPMs and Supplier/Contract Data Requirements (SDRL/CDRL).
  • •Coordinate technical reviews with internal teams and suppliers (PDR, CDR, FAT, SAT) and support supplier selection and proposal evaluations.
  • •Develop and execute design-to-cost and cost reduction initiatives; apply Lean/6 Sigma and create risk mitigation plans to meet factory/capital objectives.

Key Requirements

  • •Typically requires a university degree (or equivalent experience) and 8+ years of relevant experience, or an advanced degree with 5+ years experience.

  • •Experience working with technical requirements and Supplier Statements of Work (SSOW).
  • •U.S. citizenship is required for authorization under the program/contract.
