Manage billing operations for employee and employer benefit contributions across global insurance partners. Generate and maintain monthly premium invoices, handle mid-cycle billing adjustments, and perform reconciliation between internal systems and insurer/carrier/vendor statements. Investigate billing discrepancies, coordinate settlements, and support Finance with collections, revenue recognition, and audit readiness. Partner with Customer Success, brokers, and insurers to validate premium changes and resolve billing queries, ensuring accurate documentation and financial integrity.

Key Responsibilities

•Generate, validate, and maintain accurate monthly premium invoices for employee and employer contributions.
•Own and manage mid-cycle billing adjustments, prorated charges, credits, and refunds.
•Perform reconciliation between internal billing systems and insurer/carrier/vendor invoices.
•Investigate and resolve discrepancies in billed vs. received amounts and coordinate timely settlements.
•Support Finance with reporting for collections, revenue recognition, and audit readiness, including audit-compliant billing documentation and transaction trails.

Key Requirements
