Key Responsibilities

  • •Optimize Lovable’s IT stack across identity, devices, SaaS, networking, and access reviews.
  • •Build AI agents to resolve tier-1 and tier-2 IT requests automatically (onboarding, access, lost devices, app provisioning).
  • •Administer and optimize the company’s AI toolstack and collaborate with the product team on feedback and iterations.
  • •Build and maintain internal self-serve IT tooling to reduce manual work.
  • •Replace runbooks with automated workflows and self-serve tooling; configure integrations, templates, and default tooling.

Key Requirements

  • •5+ years in IT engineering, corporate engineering, or platform IT at a high-growth tech company.
  • •Fluent with identity, MDM, SaaS lifecycle, and zero-trust networking (Okta/Entra, Jamf/Intune/Kandji, Tailscale/Cloudflare, Google Workspace).
  • •Ability to write and ship production automations in Python, TypeScript, or Go (not scripts).
  • •Hands-on experience securing AI agents and LLM tooling (Lovable, Claude, function-calling, MCP, internal copilots) with a clear view on human-in-the-loop.
  • •Bias toward eliminating work; success measured by tickets that never need to be opened.
