Help build market presentations and broking strategies, facilitate portfolio renewals and growth, and review contract documentation to meet regulatory and client standards.

Key Responsibilities

•Develop and implement strategic broking and reinsurance strategies for clients.
•Contribute to proposals, go-to-market strategies, and business growth initiatives.
•Collect, analyse, and prepare data for critical client market submissions.
•Support market presentations and broking execution to secure efficient results.
•Facilitate broking and renewal of existing portfolios and review endorsements, info packs, and slips to meet regulatory and client standards.

Key Requirements

•Experience in re/insurance and broking is mandatory.
•Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with a business growth mindset.
•Excellent communication and relationship-building skills for client and market engagement and negotiations.
•A fair understanding of re/insurance financial statements and how to optimise deal economics.
•Proven ability to maintain and develop successful relationships with clients and markets.
