•Collaborate on end-to-end connected planning delivery using o9, Kinaxis, and Blue Yonder to design efficient, resilient planning processes.
•Serve on client engagements to ensure delivery quality, manage workstreams, and maintain trusted advisor relationships.
•Translate executive priorities into analytical models and digital tools that support decision-making across demand, supply, inventory planning, SIOP/S&OP, and IBP.
•Collaborate with practice leadership to develop client proposals and participate in business development for connected planning offerings.
•Help drive connected planning innovation by contributing to new IP, reusable assets, and thought leadership.

Key Requirements

•MBA preferred and 5–10 years of professional experience, ideally in management consulting or a Fortune 500 supply chain environment.
•2+ years of experience working as a management consultant is preferred.
•Experience with the end-to-end planning process (demand, supply, inventory planning; SIOP/S&OP and IBP).
•Hands-on experience with planning platforms and analytics tools (e.g., o9, Kinaxis, Blue Yonder).
•Master’s degree in Supply Chain Management, Industrial Engineering, Business, Analytics, Finance, or a related field; able to integrate planning data, platforms, and analytics and leverage AI to support delivery outcomes.
