Job Summary

Develop and support go-to-market strategies for power automation and energy management solutions, partnering with sales teams to identify and pursue opportunities across APAC. Serve as a technical advisor and solution consultant for customers and industry partners, covering power generation controls, PMS/EMS, BESS, microgrids, and SCADA/industrial automation. Evaluate emerging technologies and help shape new solution offerings while building relationships and representing the business at events.

Key Responsibilities

•Develop and support go-to-market strategies for power automation and energy management solutions.
•Partner with sales teams to identify, qualify, and pursue strategic opportunities across APAC.
•Act as a technical advisor and solution consultant for customers and industry partners.
•Provide expertise across power generation controls, PMS/EMS, BESS, microgrids, and SCADA/industrial automation systems.
•Evaluate emerging technologies and represent the business at industry events, conferences, and customer workshops.

Travel: Extensive travel

Key Requirements

•Bachelor’s or master’s degree in electrical engineering, power systems, renewable energy, or a related discipline.
•5–7+ years of experience in Power Management Systems (PMS) and Energy Management Systems (EMS).
•Experience with power generation controls, battery energy storage systems (Lithium-Ion), renewable energy integration, and large-scale energy storage.
•Customer-facing experience in technical consulting, solution engineering, business development, or pre-sales.
•Fluent English and ability to travel extensively across APAC.
