Job Summary

Lead internal-audit analytics for Wise’s IT and Technology audit programme, partnering with Internal Audit stakeholders to deliver an annual analytics plan. Manage and coach a team of 1–2 analysts while executing impactful, innovative analytics work using SQL and Python. Drive automation and tooling initiatives—continuous auditing, workflow automation, AI-supported testing, and MI dashboards—to improve audit coverage, efficiency, and accuracy across Wise.

Key Responsibilities

•Partner with Internal Audit stakeholders to develop and implement an analytics strategy, with a focus on the IT and Technology domain.
•Manage and execute analytics tasks across a programme of IT and technology audits and strategic initiatives, ensuring quality standards and rigor.
•Lead and develop a team of 1–2 analysts by setting priorities, coaching for impact, and maintaining quality standards.
•Collaborate with analytics, engineering, and business specialists to find datasets, perform analytics using modern approaches, and understand Wise operations.
•Deliver automation and tooling projects to increase efficiency across Internal Audit, including workflow automation, continuous auditing, AI-supported approaches, and MI dashboards.

Pay and Benefits

Salary: INR 6,779,661 - 8,813,559 annually

Key Requirements

•4+ years of experience in data analytics.
•2+ years delivering data analytics within an IT and/or technology related audit, risk, or compliance role.
•1+ years of experience building, coaching and leading analysts.
•Advanced stakeholder management skills to deliver high-impact change across analytics, engineering, and business specialists.
•Extensive SQL experience to build complex data sources and use visualization tools, plus Python coding experience.
