Key Responsibilities

  • •Design and architect scalable, performant applications, systems, and infrastructure for large projects leveraging MongoDB.
  • •Guide customers on architecture patterns and optimization strategies for MongoDB while articulating business value to stakeholders.
  • •Collaborate with sales on account success through account planning, opportunity qualification, pipeline generation, and technical discovery (including demos, proof of value, presentations, sizing, and documentation).
  • •Proactively generate demand in the sales territory through technical initiatives and participation in events and account-based marketing.
  • •Foster customer success by building relationships, acting as a trusted advisor, relaying field feedback to the product team, and mentoring other solutions consulting team members.

Key Requirements

  • •8 to 11 years of related experience in a customer-facing role, including 5 to 7 years in pre-sales with enterprise software.
  • •Minimum 3 years of professional experience with modern scripting and/or programming languages (e.g., Python, Node.js, SQL; C/C++, Java, C#).
  • •Experience designing scalable, highly available distributed systems in cloud and on-prem environments.
  • •Ability to review complex application architectures and provide guidance to improve them using technology.
  • •Bachelor’s degree or equivalent work experience.
