Job Summary

Senior Engineer - Highways to join WSP India, supporting international Highway and Drainage projects. Based in Bengaluru, you will lead design delivery, develop 2D/3D highway and drainage drawings, mentor junior engineers, and collaborate across multi-disciplinary teams while ensuring QA/QC and safety standards.

Key Responsibilities

•Originate, check, and review Highway and Drainage design and drawings with minimal supervision.
•Organise, manage, and deliver work to the highest professional standards, ensuring quality, timeliness, and alignment with guidelines.
•Engage in clear, consistent communication with colleagues in both regions and participate in design/review meetings.
•Collaborate across multi-disciplinary teams, supporting Team Leaders, Line Managers, and Project Managers to ensure seamless delivery.
•Provide guidance and mentorship to junior colleagues, nurture talent, and build technical capabilities while strengthening client relationships.

Key Requirements

•Knowledge and experience of highway geometry and drainage design.
•Ability to develop 2D and 3D highway and drainage drawings/models.
•Proficiency with Civil 3D, AutoCAD, and Autodesk Construction Cloud.
•Ensure compliance with design standards, QA/QC processes, and health & safety checks.
•Proficiency in MS Office applications and ability to work independently while mentoring others.
