Key Responsibilities

•Collaborate with the Retail Director to create and transmit an ambitious retail vision across 6 stores.
•Support Store Managers in strategy execution, achieving business results, product sales, customer experience, and talent development.
•Drive business performance by managing turnover objectives, KPIs, and operational efficiency through continuous improvement.
•Partner with product merchandising on product offer quality, relevance, renewal, stock management, and transfers.
•Lead people management by setting objectives for store managers, coaching them, and contributing to recruitment, training, succession planning, and team cohesion.

Key Requirements

•Minimum 8 years of store management and/or experience leading a store network.
•Strategic mindset with an open approach to out-of-the-box solutions.
•Proven leadership with strong managerial experience and ability to share and build team cohesion.
•Ability to manage multicultural and geographically distant teams.
•Fluency in German and English.
