Key Responsibilities

  • •Own Data Quality & Integrity: Implement and maintain data accuracy, consistency, and completeness across platforms with robust standards.
  • •Build & Deploy Automation Solutions: Design automation workflows with N8n, Zapier, or scripts to eliminate manual tasks and improve efficiency.
  • •Leverage AI for Operational Excellence: Use AI tools to automate data processing, generate insights, and improve workflows.
  • •Manage End-to-End Projects: Lead short- and long-term operational initiatives with clear documentation and timelines.
  • •Drive Process Improvements: Identify opportunities to streamline operations and collaborate across functions to implement solutions.

Key Requirements

  • •Automation experience with no-code/low-code tools to build workflows (n8n, Zapier, Make.com) and connect systems
  • •SQL experience and comfort analyzing data; dashboards in Excel/Google Sheets
  • •Experience with REST APIs, webhooks, and system integrations
  • •Scripting skills in Python or JavaScript for automation and data processing
  • •Startup experience or ability to thrive in a fast-paced, multi-hat environment
