Key Responsibilities

  • •Manage the master scheduling process strategy and schedule all assigned product line(s) to maximize on-time delivery.
  • •Lead SIOP/Demand & Supply planning integration, capacity and service-level forecasting, ATP logic, and capacity/constraint management.
  • •Run RCCP meetings with the Queretaro team and serve as the contact for intercompany demand external needs.
  • •Partner with Engineering to lead planning BOM demand/accuracy, component lead times, and minimize customer lead time and working capital investment (including SAP PB production-level updates).
  • •Ensure sales orders are booked, confirmed, and fulfilled to scheduled dates; monitor customer service metrics and perform ad-hoc analysis as assigned.

Key Requirements

  • •Bachelor’s degree in engineering, Supply Chain Management, Business, or Marketing.
  • •5+ years of experience in Operations or Supply Chain functions, with at least 2 years in a plant.
  • •3+ years of experience in materials planning, shop-floor/machine scheduling, or capacity planning.
  • •Ability to lead SIOP/Demand & Supply planning integration and manage forecasting against demand objectives and supply constraints.
  • •Experience scheduling assigned product lines and balancing customer needs with manufacturing/supply chain constraints.
