Key Requirements

  • •At least 5 years’ experience assessing Retail Life Risk claims, including complex or high-value claims.
  • •Strong technical capability across the full claims lifecycle (coverage, evaluation, and policy interpretation).
  • •Sound knowledge of medical, legal, product, and regulatory considerations, including the Life Insurance Code of Practice (LICOP).
  • •Proven ability to exercise judgement and settle claims within delegated authority.
  • •Experience coaching, mentoring, or providing technical support to others.
