Key Responsibilities

  • •Lead account management and maintenance activities across Fleet Leasing and CTP platforms, including partner renewals, policy processing, rate communications, and direct account management.
  • •Coordinate new account set-ups, transfers, authorised representative arrangements, and system changes with compliance tracking to meet required transfer dates.
  • •Provide operational and administrative support to strategic projects and programs (including CPS230, API integration, and transformation initiatives) to improve Commercial Distribution performance.
  • •Manage SharePoint administration, external access, microsites, website compliance monitoring, and Salesforce system administration for internal and external users.
  • •Partner with underwriting, risk, compliance, data, and IT teams on technical and operational initiatives, including client review coordination, incident management, and sales and marketing material currency.

Key Requirements

  • •Demonstrated experience in account management, operations coordination, or administration within insurance, fleet leasing, or financial services environments.
  • •Strong proficiency in Salesforce (CRM administration) and SharePoint (knowledge administration and microsite management).
  • •Practical experience managing bordereaux, including preparation and exchange of insurance data files, with advanced Excel skills for analysis and reporting.
  • •Working knowledge of API integrations in a client connectivity context, with effective collaboration and communication skills.
  • •Ability to build relationships with internal support teams and strong written and verbal communication skills.
