Universal Banker (Saturdays Required) - Spartan Square

Deliver timely, accurate client transactions while maintaining proper handling of assigned funds and providing a high-quality client experience. Educate customers on digital self-service options such as ATMs, Online and Mobile banking. Support sales and service through outbound calling, identifying customer needs and offers, and referring clients to specialists as needed. Serve as a secondary contact for new account openings and problem resolution while adhering to controls, operational procedures, and risk policies.
