Key Responsibilities

  • •Serve as the primary point of contact for project activities including schedule, budget, status reporting, and managing issues and risks.
  • •Lead teams of cloud experts performing OCI migration planning and migrating applications, databases, and infrastructure from on-premises to OCI.
  • •Transition, lead, and grow the cloud team to implement a cloud migration strategy from assessment/planning through execution over 20–30 months.
  • •Establish performance KPIs, track and report migration progress and operational health, and run governance cadences including standups and executive reporting.
  • •Coordinate vendor/partner management, training, documentation, and change management to support cloud adoption and successful cutovers.

Key Requirements

  • •Bachelor’s degree (or equivalent experience) in computer science, engineering, IT, or related field.
  • •5+ years of project management experience leading large-scale cloud planning and migration initiatives.
  • •Experience in at least 1–2 on-premises to cloud migration projects (preferably to OCI).
  • •3+ years of major cloud experience in a program delivery role, including knowledge of cloud service delivery models.
  • •Strong organizational, interpersonal, and written/verbal communication skills with stakeholders and development teams.
