Key Responsibilities

  • •Lead and manage day-to-day accounting operations including AP/AR/invoicing, payroll, tax compliance, and R&D tax credit filings; own the month-end close and coordinate with a 3rd party accounting firm.
  • •Uplevel the ERP system and implement scalable finance systems to automate invoicing, reconciliation, and procurement to support 200%+ year-over-year growth.
  • •Manage internal controls and procurement processes to ensure robust financial governance.
  • •Provide granular financial breakdowns and actionable insights to leadership beyond standard reporting.
  • •Collaborate with executives to scale financial processes and systems as the company grows from Series B/C toward later stages.
