Key Responsibilities

  • •Deliver planned gymnastics sessions that support participant progression across the programme pathway
  • •Prepare, plan, and deliver high-quality coaching sessions that meet national governing body requirements
  • •Monitor coaching rotas and support appropriate coach-to-participant ratios
  • •Assist with the development and growth of gymnastics programmes across multiple sites
  • •Maintain accurate records and administration for all sessions in line with operational procedures

  • •Level 1 British Gymnastics qualification (or equivalent)
  • •Five GCSEs (or equivalent) at Grade C/Level 4 or above
