Visitor Experience Lead

Lead onsite visitor experiences at the Experience & Innovation Center in Towson, ensuring every event and meeting meets best-in-class service and brand standards. Manage multiple concurrent events, act as the main hospitality point of contact, coordinate logistics (AV, transportation, security, communications), and manage vendors. Prepare itineraries and materials, support site searches and RFPs, and maintain knowledge of local attractions and hospitality trends. Work within a dynamic corporate environment.
