Lead day-to-day operations for an assigned bank branch, driving branch performance through coaching, managing, and business development. Grow Small Business and Mass Affluent through face-to-face appointments, outbound calling, and prospecting, while supporting community involvement to expand the Truist brand. Ensure compliance with internal controls, operational procedures, risk management, and ethics, and manage human capital activities including interviewing, hiring, performance reviews, scheduling, and disciplinary actions.
