(MEP/CSA) Cost Manager - Data Centre

Deliver end-to-end cost management for Civil, Structural & Architectural (CSA) packages on large-scale data centre developments. Own cost planning, feasibility studies, tender documentation, and procurement support, then manage post-contract change control, variation assessments, forecasts, and progress payment certification. Produce cost reports, identify risks and mitigation, and provide commercial input during design and site meetings while coordinating with project teams, consultants, contractors, and MEP for integrated delivery.
