Key Responsibilities

  • •Serve as the onsite point of contact for VIP meetings, ensuring arrangements are executed flawlessly.
  • •Assist with setup, configuration, and breakdown of meeting spaces (seating, signage, and equipment).
  • •Provide basic AV troubleshooting, including connecting laptops, resolving audio/video issues, and managing conference call equipment.
  • •Ensure meeting materials, technology, and facilities are prepared and functioning prior to events.
  • •Perform preventative maintenance and job-site documentation as needed, including testing/repairing cables and hardware components.

Key Requirements

  • •Proven experience supporting high-profile meetings or events (preferred).
  • •Basic knowledge of AV equipment, conference room technology, and troubleshooting.
  • •Excellent communication and people skills with the ability to remain calm and professional under pressure.
  • •Strong organizational skills and attention to detail, including availability to work onsite during scheduled events (occasional evenings/weekends).
  • •Valid Driver’s License and a Motor Vehicle Record that meets AVI-SPL driving standards; minimum of a High School Diploma or equivalent.
