Build and ship full product features across the frontend, backend, APIs, and databases for BJAK’s AI Neobank app. Create customer and internal workflows spanning onboarding, accounts, payments, rewards, travel, FX, support automation, KYC, and risk. Turn ambiguous product problems into reliable systems with clean UX, collaborate with product/design/mobile/backend/AI teams to launch quickly, and own post-release monitoring, debugging, and continuous improvement.

Key Responsibilities

•Build and ship full product features across frontend, backend, APIs, and databases.
•Create customer and internal workflows for onboarding, accounts, payments, rewards, travel, FX, support automation, KYC, and risk.
•Turn ambiguous product problems into working systems with clean UX and reliable backend logic.
•Collaborate with product, design, mobile, backend, and AI engineers to launch and improve after release.
•Build internal tools and automation to reduce manual work and operate at scale, and own work beyond release through monitoring and debugging.

Key Requirements

•Strong full stack engineering experience with real shipped products.
•Comfortable across frontend, backend, APIs, databases, and production debugging.
•Good frontend execution using React, Next.js, Vue (or similar modern stack).
•Good backend fundamentals around APIs, data models, authentication, integrations, and reliability.
•Strong product sense and the ability to simplify messy workflows.
