Key Responsibilities

  • •Support planning and management of B2B events, including sponsorships, trade fairs, conventions, webinars, and conferences.
  • •Coordinate operational activities and manage vendors (agencies, set-up providers, venues, catering services, and speakers).
  • •Collaborate cross-functionally with Marketing, External Communications, Sales, HR, Procurement, Legal, and the Management Committee to align event initiatives.
  • •Handle event processes and documentation from briefs through post-event coordination.
  • •Monitor event results using key KPIs and provide insights for continuous improvement; support on-site presence for major events.
