Coordinate vendors and on-site stakeholders (agencies, set-up providers, venues, catering, speakers) and work cross-functionally with Marketing, External Communications, Sales, HR, Procurement, Legal, and the Management Committee. Support event documentation, process management, KPI tracking, and post-event activities.
