WELDING SUPERVISOR

Supervise welding and fabrication activities in the workshop, ensuring safe, efficient work that meets required quality standards. Plan and monitor daily assignments for welders, fabricators, and helpers, and ensure compliance with WPS, drawings, and project specifications. Inspect weld preparations and completed welds, coordinate with QA/QC, Production, and Maintenance teams, and oversee equipment calibration, HSE toolbox talks, productivity tracking, recordkeeping, and personnel training.
