Default Valuations Specialist I

Support the Equity Review team by performing administrative tasks that enable timely analysis of loan accounts across multiple delinquency stages. Assist with preparing equity decisions during high-volume periods, order and review broker price opinions, title searches, and credit bureau information, and update completed work in the CACS collections system. Act as a liaison for compliance, audit, risk, and management requests tied to prior decisions, while helping maintain large losses reporting and resolving routine issues.
