Join TikTok’s Technical Infrastructure SRE team to keep critical storage, computing, and database systems reliable at scale. •Establish reliability standards and recovery SOPs to ensure performance and efficiency of core infrastructure.
•Investigate and resolve technical issues, perform bottleneck analyses, and improve high-availability system architecture.
•Develop automated operation solutions for large-scale systems in collaboration with system development teams.
•Monitor and optimize system costs, including delivery standards and budgeting for infrastructure usage.
•Work independently on diverse projects while applying coding, algorithms, and systems architecture skills with mentorship support.

Key Requirements

•Completing or recently completed a Bachelor’s/Master’s degree in Software Development, Computer Science, Computer Engineering, or a related technical discipline.
•Solid basics of computer software and core concepts including Linux, storage, and network I/O.
•Familiar with one or more programming languages such as Python, Go, and Java, including knowledge of design patterns and coding principles.
•Coding experience in at least one of: C, C++, Java, Go, or Python.
•Ability to commit to an onboarding date by end of year 2027 and state availability/graduation date in your resume.
