  • •Develop testing and diagnostic software and follow telecommunications and network troubleshooting procedures.
  • •Direct completion of tasks within estimated timeframes and budget constraints.
  • •Schedule and assign duties to subordinates, formulate and enforce work standards, and serve as task lead as required.
  • •Coordinate with the client and Program Manager to resolve problems and ensure customer satisfaction using advanced technical knowledge and complex test instruments.

  • •High School diploma and a certificate from an accredited Community or Technical College in fiber and data cabling.
  • •Minimum of eight (8) years of experience as a communications/network technician.
  • •Ability to use advanced testing and diagnostic methods, including complex test instruments and computer control equipment.
  • •Must be able to travel approximately 25% if needed.
