Key Responsibilities

  • •Lead and integrate Manufacturing Engineering activities across complex programmes to achieve capability, maturity, and readiness aligned to programme objectives.
  • •Own Manufacturing Engineering planning, governance and delivery, driving execution of work packages and artefacts and delivering technical outputs against cost, quality and schedule commitments.
  • •Serve as the Manufacturing Engineering focal point within the programme, aligning Manufacturing Engineering needs with Engineering, Quality, Supply Chain, Project Management and DAREO stakeholders.
  • •Drive Manufacturing Engineering maturity through technical reviews and robust management of risks, assumptions, dependencies and interfaces across the programme lifecycle.
  • •Coordinate creation and delivery of Manufacturing Engineering artefacts and philosophies, and drive continuous improvement via lessons learned and best practice across the programme lifecycle.

Pay and Benefits

Salary: GBP 55,591 annually

Key Requirements

  • •Strong understanding of Manufacturing Engineering and programme delivery activities in complex engineering or manufacturing environments.
  • •Experience coordinating cross-functional engineering, manufacturing, or programme integration activities.
  • •Experience managing plans, deliverables, interfaces, and dependencies in programme or project environments.
  • •Understanding of Manufacturing Engineering lifecycle activities including industrialisation, product development, and production delivery.
  • •Strong stakeholder engagement, communication, and coordination skills across Engineering, Manufacturing, and Programme teams.
