Key Responsibilities

  • •Execute inventory management processes to maximize inventory accuracy and reduce shrink.
  • •Investigate and root-cause inventory accuracy issues, escalating process/system gaps with the General/Store Manager.
  • •Support shipment, receiving and processing, reverse transfers, sales-floor recovery, replenishment, floor set updates, and supply management.
  • •Maintain and champion visual standards and strong stockroom standards for safety and efficient operations.
  • •Move throughout the store to assess needs, resolve client needs quickly, and leverage metrics to support business-driving strategies.

Key Requirements

  • •1+ years prior work experience in a client-centric, sales & operational environment.
  • •Ability to work constant movement in and around the store.
