Key Responsibilities

  • •Drive periodic financial analysis and metrics management to meet targets for pricing, orders, revenue, variable contribution margin, fixed costs, free cash flow, and conversion, and identify improvement opportunities.
  • •Partner with functional leaders on Pulse, SRO, AOP and related forecasting processes to ensure accurate, timely financial projections.
  • •Lead and participate in monthly reviews with operations and finance leadership to assess risks/opportunities, financial performance, variances, and agree action plans.
  • •Provide comprehensive financial analysis and new insights to support informed decision-making and strategic initiatives.
  • •Promote standardization and automation of financial processes; oversee timely completion of recurring deliverables including accruals, intercompany recharges, and financial reporting.

Key Requirements

  • •Chartered Accountant/Cost Accountant or a master’s degree in finance or business administration.
  • •6+ years of overall finance experience.
  • •Strong ability to partner with the business in commercial excellence with an attitude to go above and beyond.
  • •Exposure to global customers; ability to interact effectively with employees/customers and align with other departments/sites.
  • •Prior exposure driving business finance metrics, including tools like Power BI and advanced Excel, and knowledge of ERP systems (SAP, Oracle, Essbase, HANA/BW, Hyperion).
