Key Responsibilities

  • •Own the re-forecasting process end-to-end, from inputs to final numbers, with a clear narrative on drivers and deviations.
  • •Lead recurrent profitability sessions to align every department on plan and targets; drive follow-ups to closure.
  • •Run strategic finance workstreams spanning Finance, Ops, Commercial, Marketing, Legal, country, or regional teams.
  • •Own the reliable-data agenda and build business cases, including challenging P&Ls for senior stakeholders.
  • •Maintain and enhance dashboards in BigQuery/Looker and use AI tools daily to build clearer frameworks and move faster.

Key Requirements

  • •3–5 years in FP&A, strategy, controlling, consulting, or another fast-paced analytical role, ideally with reforecasting or cash flow modeling exposure.
  • •Degree in Finance, Economics, Business, or a related field.
  • •Comfort driving alignment directly with department heads, including constructive pushback when numbers don’t add up.
  • •Strong problem-solving: break down ambiguous high-stakes questions, form hypotheses, run analysis, and deliver actionable recommendations.
  • •Tooling proficiency with BigQuery/Looker and daily use of AI tools (Gemini, ChatGPT, Claude, or similar); SAP, Navision, or Business Central are a plus.
