Inside Sales Coordinator

Support customer service operations by managing a shared customer service inbox across email, phone, and voicemail. Coordinate sales order routing, approval workflows, and reporting to ensure timely processing of customer orders. Monitor and audit sales order reports, routing queues, and approval inboxes for accuracy and completion, while also maintaining general office coordination and cleanliness. Work closely with Inside Sales, Planning, Engineering, Operations, Quality, and other teams.
