Key Responsibilities

  • •Maintain accurate stock levels and ensure goods issued to outlets are properly documented and recorded in the ERP system.
  • •Receive and inspect goods for quantity and condition, then store them in designated areas.
  • •Maintain proper storage standards (hygiene, temperature control, stock rotation, PAR levels) and prevent damage/obstruction.
  • •Monitor storeroom PAR stocks and report shortages, excesses, and stock discrepancies to the Cost Controller.
  • •Ensure compliance with Fire, Health & Safety, food safety, hygiene procedures, including secure storeroom access and controlled key management.

Key Requirements

  • •Minimum 2 years’ experience in stores, inventory, cost control, or finance, preferably within a luxury hotel.
  • •Knowledge of hotel ERP/inventory systems and stock control procedures (issuing and storage practices).
  • •Good understanding of inventory procedures, including monitoring and managing PAR levels and stock rotation.
  • •Good Excel, numerical, and analytical skills with strong attention to detail.
  • •Strong organizational, task management, problem-solving, and communication skills with operational teams such as F&B.
