Provide high-quality professional services to retail banking customers in a branch, working closely with branch customer services and sales teams to meet service standards and KPIs. Support Premier customers and PRM coverage to ensure continuity of service, manage Premier room and safety deposit box resources, and deliver transaction and documentation tasks. Identify service and business referral opportunities across lines, and perform branch operational tasks for Premier and PVA customers (excluding counter teller cash services).
