Key Responsibilities

  • •Lead end-to-end SAP FICO/FSCM implementations and rollouts for Credit Management, Collections Management, Dispute Management, and Cash & Liquidity Management.
  • •Configure SAP system settings, workflows, and business rules to meet organizational requirements, including O2C process mapping (credit control areas, scoring models, collection strategies, and dispute resolution lifecycles).
  • •Gather requirements via workshops and translate them into functional specifications and system designs, including fit-gap analysis for continuous improvement.
  • •Integrate SAP FSCM with other SAP modules (FI, SD, MM) and external systems; manage interfaces/data flows and provide L2/L3 production support and root cause analysis.
  • •Plan and execute UAT, develop training materials and end-user training, and maintain system documentation and updates aligned with SAP innovations in S/4HANA.

Key Requirements

  • •3-8+ years of hands-on functional experience in SAP FICO consulting and implementation.
  • •Proven track record configuring SAP Credit, Collections, and Dispute Management.
  • •Hands-on experience with SAP S/4HANA and associated Fiori apps.
  • •Strong understanding of financial accounting, especially Accounts Receivable (AR) processes.
  • •Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Information Systems, or a related field; active SAP certification in FSCM or FI/CO is a plus.
