Job Summary

Lead end-to-end UiPath automation delivery across development and support workstreams. Own project planning, resource management, scheduling, risk mitigation, and delivery governance to ensure execution within scope, timeline, quality, and budget. Oversee UiPath delivery using Studio/Orchestrator components, monitor bot performance and production incidents, and manage release and automation stability. Track SLA/KPI metrics and continuously improve automation services to drive customer satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities

•Manage end-to-end UiPath automation lifecycle across development, deployment, enhancements, and support.
•Lead project planning, resource management, scheduling, risk mitigation, and delivery governance.
•Oversee UiPath delivery by using UiPath Studio, Orchestrator, Robots, Queues, Assets, Scheduling, and REFramework.
•Monitor bot performance, production incidents, release management, and automation stability to ensure RPA best practices and compliance.
•Track SLA compliance and operational KPIs such as MTTR/MTTA, success/failure rates, uptime, incident/defect trends, backlog aging, and CSAT.

Key Requirements

•Manage end-to-end UiPath automation lifecycle including development, deployment, enhancements, and support.
•Drive project planning, resource management, scheduling, risk mitigation, and delivery governance for automation programs.
•Ensure delivery within scope, timelines, quality standards, and budget.
•Have strong understanding of UiPath platform and RPA delivery lifecycle across UiPath Studio, Orchestrator, Robots, Queues, Assets, Scheduling, and REFramework.
•Experience managing Automation Development and Production Support engagements with strong stakeholder and customer-facing communication skills.
