Job Summary

Serve as a Retail Personal Banker I by completing a 4–8 week onboarding program with rotations in operations and Sales & Service, followed by a certification. Use a consultative sales process and Financial Needs Assessments to build customer profiles, recommend retail solutions, and proactively set appointments using CAMP and approved marketing tools. Cross-sell to existing households, support business partner referrals, process teller transactions, and help drive customer experience and Financial Center P&L results.

•Use a consultative sales process and Financial Needs Assessment to identify current and future customer financial needs.
•Maintain in-depth knowledge of retail consumer and small business products/services and recommend solutions aligned to the value proposition.
•Utilize CAMP and approved marketing tools to reach out to customers, set appointments, and conduct periodic financial reviews.
•Cross-sell to the existing customer base and engage in outside sales activities such as presentations, sales calls, and community financial literacy events.
•Process teller transactions and work as part of the platform staff, while supporting referrals with business partners for holistic financial solutions.

Pay and Benefits

Salary: USD 43,680 - 69,900 annually

Key Requirements

•College degree or work experience providing transferrable skills, or a combination of education and experience.
•Experience in the financial industry (preferred).
•Demonstrated ability to perform sales activities to acquire new consumer households and/or cross-sell to existing customers.
•Ability to demonstrate understanding of advanced math functions for analysis of credit and financial information.
•Ability to develop working knowledge of Retail policies and procedures to make sound decisions, including S.A.F.E. Act registration via NMLS at employment time.
