Job Summary

Develop and execute integrated PR, external communications, internal communications, and employer branding aligned with business objectives. Lead media relations to strengthen reputation, share of voice, and visibility, while advising senior leadership on messaging, executive positioning, and issues/crisis communications. Build internal communication plans for leadership moments and employee engagement, and create customer education content across channels in partnership with product, digital, risk, and compliance teams.

Key Responsibilities

•Develop and execute integrated PR, external communications, internal communications, and employer branding strategy aligned with business objectives.
•Shape and manage the Bank’s corporate narrative; advise senior leadership on communications strategy, messaging, media engagement, executive positioning, and employee engagement.
•Establish KPIs and reporting to measure communication effectiveness, media impact, employee engagement, and reputation outcomes.
•Lead media relations, manage press releases and thought leadership content, and monitor coverage, sentiment, competitor activity, and market trends with recommendations to leadership.
•Develop internal communications plans and lead communications for key internal moments and platforms; oversee customer education and awareness content in partnership with relevant teams.

Key Requirements

•Minimum 10–15 years of experience in PR, corporate communications, internal communications, employer branding, or reputation management, preferably in banking/financial services or a regulated industry.
•Proven experience developing and executing integrated communications strategies across internal and external audiences.
•Strong track record in media relations, executive communications, reputation management, crisis communications, and stakeholder engagement.
•Experience managing internal communications platforms and employee engagement campaigns, including leadership messaging, newsletters, town halls, and intranet content.
•Bachelor’s degree in Communications, Journalism, Marketing, Public Relations, Business, or related discipline (postgraduate qualification an advantage).
