Analyze strategic plans and industry trends to identify capability gaps and develop capability strategy, partnering with IT to shape an IT framework/product. Key Responsibilities

•Translate strategic plans/needs and industry trends into how the business should function and determine capability gaps.
•Develop and expand capability strategy and advise on operating models, functional/client architecture, and business analysis modeling methods.
•Provide vision to project teams by resolving cross-domain functional issues and aligning project work to functional designs.
•Define and maintain CCO reporting standards, including data maps, data dictionaries, and alignment across 1LOD and 2LOD.
•Assess the internal risk and control environment, identify trends and weaknesses, and determine mitigation actions while supporting proactive risk management culture transformation.

Pay and Benefits

Salary: USD 114,700 - 194,900 annually

Key Requirements

•In-depth understanding of the Risk and Control framework, business and data modeling, and business analysis.
•Experience designing business reporting solutions for risk and control management (e.g., Qlik Sense, IBM Open Pages, ServiceNow, Tableau).
•Experience designing solutions in PowerBI and proficiency in Excel.
•Excellent oral and written communication skills, with demonstrated ability to present to senior audiences.
•Seasoned expert with 15+ years of extensive technical and/or business knowledge and functional expertise (consulting background is a plus).
