Key Responsibilities

  • •Champion Agile methodologies across assigned BAS systems, including sprint planning, backlog management, retrospectives, and release cadence.
  • •Remove impediments for development and operations teams and escalate when resolution requires program-level intervention.
  • •Coordinate release schedules across assigned systems by managing dependencies and minimizing delivery conflicts.
  • •Manage Technical Leads and Operations Leads to ensure daily uptime and feature delivery across the assigned portfolio subset.
  • •Maintain and report on a prioritized backlog, delivery performance, resource utilization, and risks; support onboarding new applications without degrading service levels.

Key Requirements

  • •Bachelor's degree (or equivalent)
  • •7+ years of experience in IT project or product management
  • •4+ years directly managing Agile software development teams in a multi-system portfolio environment
