Key Responsibilities

  • •Serve as a trusted advisor and coach to Research leaders.
  • •Support employees and managers on HR topics across the employee lifecycle in partnership with other People experts.
  • •Partner with management to foster high-performance culture and ensure performance management and employee relations are handled appropriately.
  • •Liaise with specialist teams (e.g., Benefits and Compensation), leadership, and finance to implement scalable programs and policies.
  • •Lead cross-functional People projects with other People Partners (e.g., manager training) to enable and grow teams.
