Key Responsibilities

  • •Provide high-quality Cognitive Behavioural Therapy and/or low-level brief interventions that demonstrate excellent clinical outcomes.
  • •Deliver comprehensive assessments and formulations to determine the most appropriate pathway of care and support.
  • •Provide different service delivery models including face-to-face, telephone, or video consultations based on client preference.
  • •Adhere to Bupa case management processes, sessional limits, and work collaboratively with Clinical Leads and the wider therapy team.
  • •Attend regular clinical supervision and provide signposting/ongoing referrals and ad-hoc wellbeing support and coaching as required.

Key Requirements

  • •Holds a Post-Graduate Diploma in Cognitive Behavioural Therapy (CBT/High Intensity) which is BABCP accredited.
  • •Full Accreditation with British Association of Behavioural and Cognitive Psychotherapies (BABCP).
  • •At least 2 years’ experience providing high intensity CBT interventions for working-age clients with a range of presentations.
  • •General adult mental health specialism experience.
  • •Training and accreditation in an additional specialised psychological treatment area (e.g., EMDR) is desirable.
