Job Summary

Provide safe, effective, high-quality CBT (high intensity) for adult clients at Mindplace Peterborough, delivering assessments, formulations, and evidence-based therapy to support recovery goals. Deliver face-to-face plus telephone/video sessions as needed, manage casework within sessional limits, and provide signposting and referrals. Work collaboratively with clinical leads and attend supervision, while supporting group psychoeducation and improving client/employee experiences.

•Provide different service delivery models including face-to-face, telephone, or video consultations based on client preference.
•Adhere to Bupa case management processes, sessional limits, and work collaboratively with Clinical Leads and the wider therapy team.
•Attend regular clinical supervision and provide signposting/ongoing referrals and ad-hoc wellbeing support and coaching as required.

•Holds a Post-Graduate Diploma in Cognitive Behavioural Therapy (CBT/High Intensity) which is BABCP accredited.
•Full Accreditation with British Association of Behavioural and Cognitive Psychotherapies (BABCP).
•At least 2 years’ experience providing high intensity CBT interventions for working-age clients with a range of presentations.
•General adult mental health specialism experience.
•Training and accreditation in an additional specialised psychological treatment area (e.g., EMDR) is desirable.
