  • •Build and maintain the ListoGlobal design system in Figma, including a scalable component library.
  • •Lead user research (interviews, usability testing, journey mapping) and translate findings into design direction.
  • •Partner with Product and Engineering to define, prioritize, and deliver features with high design quality while upholding accessibility and design standards.
