Key Responsibilities

•Own training courses assigned to you for training transformation, creating active, engaging, inclusive, learner-centric content.
•Ensure course review and change processes are DSAT-compliant, with quality and media enhancements; resolve and escalate delivery-impacting challenges.
•Produce and develop training design, e-learning, and courseware materials using a variety of media and technology.
•Analyze and improve instructional strategy by assessing instructional design methodologies and updating training based on validation.
•Build stakeholder relationships with subject matter experts and identify opportunities for accreditation for new or amended training.
