Key Responsibilities

  • •Lead, mentor, and develop a team of Product Compliance Leads and compliance specialists supporting global payroll products.
  • •Define and execute the product strategy and compliance vision across the global payroll platform, including governance throughout the product lifecycle.
  • •Oversee interpretation of payroll, employment, tax, and labor legislation and translate requirements into product specifications and implementation guidance.
  • •Embed compliance-by-design principles into product architecture and automation frameworks, leveraging technology and AI to improve compliance outcomes.
  • •Monitor regulatory intelligence and drive market readiness by prioritizing legislative change and supporting expansion initiatives into new markets.
