  • •Manage and oversee 19 national partnerships and event strategies across regions and job families.
  • •Set the overall events strategy to support recruiting verticals and continuously improve partnerships and event strategies.
  • •Oversee event platform needs and strategy within Zoom, Handshake, and Eightfold to deliver a differentiated candidate experience.
  • •Measure impact by tracking event success, analyzing ROI, and sharing findings with key stakeholders.

Key Requirements

  • •Bachelor’s Degree or military experience.
  • •At least 3 years of experience in Recruiting, Project Management, or Events Management (or a combination).
  • •At least 1 year of people management experience.
  • •At least 4 years of experience in recruiting.
  • •At least 4 years of experience in planning events.
