Lead daily operations of a Crate n Barrel store, owning performance against sales targets and driving profitability. Ensure exceptional customer service, coach and mentor the store team, and maintain compliance across funds handling, security, personnel practices, and record keeping. Monitor stock and brand performance to develop sales action plans, manage in-store processes like cash intake and stockroom administration, and provide analytical feedback to Operations and Buying/Planning.
