Key Responsibilities

  • •Inspect, test, and certify rental chillers before dispatch.
  • •Perform preventive maintenance and repairs on chillers, pumps, and accessories, maintaining service records and checklists.
  • •Supervise loading/unloading and site positioning; install chillers, pumps, hoses, cables, and temporary cooling systems; commission and verify performance before handover.
  • •Attend emergency breakdowns across India on a 24×7 rotation, diagnosing electrical, refrigeration, and control system faults and restoring equipment within agreed response times.
  • •Follow EHS safety standards (including LOTO and permit-to-work), conduct site risk assessments, ensure statutory compliance, and support customer training and daily service reporting.
Travel: Extensive travel

Key Requirements

  • •Diploma/B.Tech in Mechanical or Electrical Engineering.
  • •2–5 years of experience in chillers, HVAC, or rental equipment.
  • •Experience with air-cooled/water-cooled chillers, pumps, and electrical panels.
  • •Knowledge of refrigeration circuits and PLC-based controls (preferred).
  • •Basic customer communication and daily service reporting using MS Office/digital tools.
